Party Decoration policy

• All decorations must be age-appropriate and family-friendly.
• Do not tape, nail, staple, pin, or glue anything to walls, ceilings, doors, floors, or furniture.
• Do not use any adhesives (including Command strips, glue dots, mounting putty, or similar products) on any surface.
• Absolutely no glitter or confetti is permitted.
• Balloon arches must be fully assembled by guests; no securing to walls or permanent fixtures.
• Be mindful of the condition of the walls and avoid causing any damage with decorations or setup materials.
• Do not hang or attach anything to sprinkler systems, light fixtures, ceiling tiles, or exit signs.
• All decorations must be completely removed at the end of the event. Please clean up thoroughly.
• Party room entry is not allowed before your scheduled start time (especially on Saturdays and Sundays).

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges for repairs, cleaning, or paint touch-ups. A minimum $20 fee per spot will be assessed for any paint damage caused by adhesives, with higher charges for more extensive damage. Guests must inspect and report any pre-existing damages at the start of their rental time to avoid being held responsible.

Parties must be booked with a minimum of 48 hours from the event date to allow for proper setup and staffing accommodations. Changes to a party may be made no less than 24 hours prior to the original scheduled date. Changes include rescheduling the time and/or date, party size, party extras, etc. and are subject to availability. In the event of a cancellation, party deposits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to other activities.
