Yes, all 1 Hour Jump Passes must be redeemed before their expiration date. In the event of compensation, the 1 Hour Jump Pass must be picked up within 30 days of the request. Additionally, all jump passes must have a verified manager signature and expiration date. If the signature or expiration date is unknown or not present, Surge reserves the right to deny the use of the jump pass.
