Yes, we have a full menu and bar that ranges from pizza and burgers to more Louisiana local flavors like our Crawfish Eggrolls or our Who Dat Shrimp.
A walk-in party is allowed to bring in a birthday cake for a $50 fee. (during peak times)
We have a full restaurant and bar along with a concessions stand to provide many options for food and refreshments. We do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought inside with the only exception being a birthday cake or cupcakes for a celebration.
Yes we offer food and drinks for all birthday participants. You may select from our food options to find the package that works best for your party.
Yes, we will work with you to reschedule your event to a new date that is available. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours from the original date may not be possible.
The deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to park credit for a future birthday party as long as the change is made prior to the date of the original party event.
Yes you may! We ask that you just keep all decorations family friendly and safe. Surge Entertainment reserves the right to refuse any decorations that are deemed inappropriate.
We follow all Federal, State and local government mandates.
Any changes to headcount need to be made 48 hours before the party event.
There is no admissions fee to enter the Entertainment Center. You may explore our building for free and only pay for the activities you would like to participate in

Yes, most parks have a designated toddler area.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by and adult at all times at the park.
Surge is not responsible for any lost items, but we do have a lost and found and you are welcome to call the park if you have lost any items.
