Reserve your jump time by booking online in advance with Surge Richmond online reservations. All jumpers must have a waiver on file before purchasing tickets and jumping. To complete a waiver click here. Tickets can not be purchased over the phone unless it is a group of 10 or more. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled jump time to ensure you are able to begin jumping on time. Tickets purchased online are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Toddler Discount on weekdays. (Tues-Fri) from 11am-1pm ages 6 and under jump for $7.99 per hour. (purchased in one hour increments).
For 1 accompanying adult to jump along, add $2 per hour during Toddler Time Only.
