Mobile General Manager
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, profitability, staffing, customer service, and compliance. They lead the team to meet business goals, ensure a positive customer experience, and maintain a well-functioning and safe store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and profitability by executing company policies and meeting revenue goals.
- Directly manage department heads and oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
- Handle hiring, onboarding, and daily staffing levels.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer disputes.
- Maintain store image, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
- Perform audits, submit sales and budget reports, and lead store meetings.
- Support promotional activities and ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience (preferably in fast-casual or retail).
- Strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to lead, plan, communicate, and motivate a high-performing team.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Fast-paced, high-energy setting (bowling center/arcade).
- Requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 100 lbs with help), and working in a loud environment for extended periods.
