The Surge Prime Bistreaux menu was created by award winning chef George Rhode to include that Louisiana flavor in ways that make it easy to share with friends and family. THE BREES BURGER EXPERIENCE
We start with two 4 oz USDA Brisket-Chuck Blended burger patties, seasoned and seared to a nicely charred crust while remaining juicy inside, then build it on a butter-griddled Brioche bun, roasted garlic aioli, sweet caramelized onion, sauteed mushrooms, white Vermont Cheddar and applewood smoked bacon. Add a patty, call it a triple for three fifty more.
