Yes, all approved donation items must be picked up within 30 days of the request. Additionally, all donations must have a verified manager signature and /or expiration date. If the signature or expiration date is unknown or not present, Surge reserves the right to deny the use of the donation item. By using this donation item, the user agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

Yes, most parks have a designated toddler area.
Children 18 and younger be accompanied by and adult at all times.
Surge is not responsible for any lost items, but we do have a lost and found and you are welcome to call the park if you lost any items.
