Yes, all 1 Hour Jump Passes must be redeemed before their expiration date. In the event of compensation, the 1 Hour Jump Pass must be picked up within 30 days of the request. Additionally, all jump passes must have a verified manager signature and expiration date. If the signature or expiration date is unknown or not present, Surge reserves the right to deny the use of the jump pass. By using the jump pass, the user agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
