The Surge Prime Bistreaux menu was created by award winning Chef George Rhode to include that local Louisiana flavor in ways that make it easy to share with friends and family. Perfect for guests looking to grab a bite
with the family, catch the game on our GIANT HD screen or to relax and have a drink with friends.
Our full-service bar offers eight different draft beers and plenty of specialty drinks to go with your meal. The full
menu and bar items are available throughout the Surge Entertainment, including our bowling lanes!

CAJUN CRAWFISH EGG ROLLS
Crispy hand-made egg rolls, filled with Louisiana crawfish tails and spicy andouille sausage, along with sweet peppers, onions, and pepper-jack cheese, served with angry gator sauce. Not for the faint of heart!
JALAPENO POPPER
Fresh jalapeno peppers, melted with cheddar, Monterey Jack and seasoned cream cheese. Lightly breaded and deep fried + served with our cooling ranch dressing.

As beautiful as it is bountiful and delicious! Turkey, ham, bacon, egg, avocado and Bleu cheese, arranged over our mixed greens + Choose your dressing. Ask your server for our selection. Make it a COBB salad by adding grilled chicken instead of ham and turkey.
Fresh chicken breast coated in blackened spices, and seared, lettuce mix, sliced mushrooms, toasted pecans, boiled egg, and shredded carrot tossed with warm bacon, dressing, and topped with crumbled Bleu cheese.

Burgers And Sandwiches
THE BREES BURGER EXPERIENCE
We start with two 4 oz USDA Brisket-Chuck Blended burger patties, seasoned and seared to a nicely charred crust while remaining juicy inside, then build it on a butter-griddled Brioche bun, roasted garlic aioli, sweet caramelized onion, sauteed mushrooms, white Vermont Cheddar and applewood smoked bacon. Add a patty, call it a triple for three fifty more.
MUSHROOM AND SWISS
2 patties topped with sauteed mushrooms and swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions on a Brioche bun.
2 patties topped with choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. Mayo, mustard, and ketchup available upon request. Served on a Brioche bun.
