Mobile Restaurant Manager – Front of House
Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees is a top entertainment destination in the Mobile area, offering bowling, arcade games, sports simulators, and more—along with a full-service restaurant and bar. The Entertainment Manager plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all attractions.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing staff and guest services during shifts.

Open/close the facility, assign tills, handle deposits, and manage daily schedules.

Lead pre-shift meetings, assign cleaning and safety checks, and ensure the park is clean and operational.

Train, coach, and support team members in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Communicate with the corporate office regarding performance, needs, and financials.

Assist with inventory, supply orders, and compliance with all safety and operational standards.
