Mobile Games Technician

Job Specific
- Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on games to minimize down time. Games should be kept in a like new condition.
- General knowledge on the repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games.
- Assist in the coordination with the General Manager to develop a preventive maintenance plan.
- Acquire parts for the games from new or existing sources with the goal to minimize parts expense.
- Manage parts ordering and use.
- Communicate all game problems or arcade operational issues with the General Manger.
- Greet each guest that has a problem or issue with a smile and good attitude and ascertain what is needed to resolve the issue in the quickest and fairest way possible to the guest.
- Manage and protect company assets including, but not limited to equipment and systems containing sensitive or proprietary information and data.
- Any other legal duties as required by the General Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and some technical training
- Minimum one years of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Very knowledgeable on how to use a multimeter.
- Know how to read a schematic diagram.
- Knowledgeable on blueprints.
- Able to read and understand the assembly and owner’s manuals.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to climb ladders.
- Able to understand osha regulations and safety practices.
- Solid knowledge on circuitry boards.
- Skills in practical application of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.
