Surge Prime Bistreaux is the restaurant located within Surge Entertainment Center. It offers a plenty of dining options for people looking to take a break from the family fun, catch the game on TV or just relax with friends and family. All of our food and drink items can be enjoyed in the restaurant or delivered directly to you at one of our many activities throughout the park. Our menu has been carefully crafted to include that local Lafayette flavor in ways that make it easy to share with friends and family.
Our full bar offers eight different draft beers and plenty specialty drinks to go with your meal. With Surge Prime Bistreaux, our restaurant is reason enough to come check out the most exciting family entertainment center in the area.

Freshly prepared guacamole, spicy salsa, and queso blanco dip served with a bottomless supply of crispy corn tortilla chips.
CAJUN CRAWFISH EGG ROLLS
Crispy hand-made egg rolls, filled with Louisiana crawfish tails and spicy andouille sausage, along with sweet peppers, onions, and pepper-jack cheese, served with angry gator sauce. Not for the faint of heart!
JALAPENO POPPER
Fresh jalapeno peppers, melted with cheddar, Monterey Jack and seasoned cream cheese. Lightly breaded and deep fried + served with our cooling ranch dressing.
FRIED MOZZARELLA CHEESE LOGS
6 breaded logs fried to a melty perfection, served with marinara sauce for dipping.

As beautiful as it is bountiful and delicious! Turkey, ham, bacon, egg, avocado and Bleu cheese, arranged over our mixed greens + Choose your dressing. Ask your server for our selection. Make it a COBB salad by adding grilled chicken instead of ham and turkey.

Tender round steak cutlets, coated in our unique breading and fried until golden. We top that with creamy-rich-southern country gravy.
Select boneless pork shoulder, hickory-smoked until “pull-apart” tender, topped with our in-house sauce and Zydeco slaw.
THE BREES BURGER EXPERIENCE
We start with two 4 oz USDA Brisket-Chuck Blended burger patties, seasoned and seared to a nicely charred crust while remaining juicy inside, then build it on a butter-griddled Brioche bun, roasted garlic aioli, sweet caramelized onion, sauteed mushrooms, white Vermont Cheddar and applewood smoked bacon. Add a patty, call it a triple for three fifty more.
MUSHROOM AND SWISS
2 patties topped with sauteed mushrooms and swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions on a Brioche bun.
2 patties topped with choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. Mayo, mustard, and ketchup available upon request. Served on a Brioche bun.
