DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times.
- Communicate effectively up and down the organizational structure.
- Complete special projects or additional work requests made by management on time.
- Be proactive in identifying problems which may compromise service, quality, safety and/or company performance.
- Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
Job Specific:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on games to minimize down time. Games should be kept in a like new condition.
- General knowledge on the repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games.
- Assist in the coordination with the General Manger to develop a preventive maintenance plan.
- Acquire parts for games from new or existing sources with the goal to minimize parts expense.
- Manage parts ordering and use.
- Communicate all game problems or arcade operational issues with the General Manager.
- Greet each guest that has a problem or issue with a smile and good attitude and ascertain what is needed to resolve the issue in the quickest and fairest way possible to the guest.
- Assist other locations in set up, tear down, game moves or improving their operations.
- Manage and protect company assets including, but not limited to, equipment and systems containing sensitive or proprietary information and data.
- Any other legal duties as required by the General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma and some technical training.
- Minimum one years of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Very knowledgeable on how to use a multimeter
- Know how to read a schematic diagram.
- Knowledgeable on blueprints.
- Able to read and understand the assembly and owner’s manuals.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Able to climb ladders.
- Able and understand osha regulations and safety practices
- Solid knowledge on circuit boards
- Skills in practical application of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.
