    Birthday family should arrive 15 minutes prior to jump time to allow for check-in. * * * Please be advised that party room/table may not be available until the start of your party time.

    All jumpers must have a waiver on file to jump. After you book your party online, you will receive an e-mail with a custom Surge birthday invitation that you can e-mail to your guests, which includes the link for them to complete the waiver before they arrive.

    Party Reservation Policy:

    Parties must be booked with a minimum of 48 hours from the event date to allow for proper setup and staffing accommodations. Changes to a party may be made no less than 24 hours prior to the original scheduled date. Changes include rescheduling the time and/or date, party size, party extras, etc. and are subject to availability. In the event of a cancellation, party deposits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to other activities.
